摘要

This paper deals with the evaluation of higherorder spatial derivatives in electromagnetic field problems with heterogeneous media handled with a multiscale expansion technique. A comparison of the higher derivatives is performed considering an element-free Galerkin approach and bi-cubic spline interpolations and least-square approximations of piecewise finite element solution.
