The LODs and LLOQs for thiamine, TMP, TPP and labeled thiamine are as below. Hexylamine as an ion-pairing reagent offer a good HPLC separation. Precision, accuracy and linearity of the method will be validated. This method will be applied to in vitro studies to determine thiamine kinetics during cancer metabolism.
