Identification of Novel Biomarker Candidates for Diagnosis of Follicular Carcinoma

From a pilot study, 4,859 peptides were identified, which lead to the identification of 1,163 unique proteins. Using the quantification platform IdentiQuantXL, 1,091 unique protein groups were quantified based on 3,949 of 4,859 peptides, because some peptides were not qualified for protein quantification.
