Determination of Metabolites in Plasma or Blood Using Dual Ion-Exchange Column-Switching and Reversed Phase UHPLC-MS/MS with Fast Polarity Switching

摘要

Ion-exchange trapping columns could be successfully applied for the pre-concentration and a clean-up of polar metabolites. Additionally, two different trapping / separating modes with the different pHs contributed to enhancing the versatility of this assay. Fast polarity switching is essential to cope with the use of different mobile phase pHs on reversed phase UHPLC columns.
