Multi-Dimensional Visualization Facilitating Quick Curation for High-Throughput Global Metabolomics

For high-throughput global metabolomics, hundreds of metabolites are to be detected/identified for each sample, and for sample set of hundreds and samples, each metabolite with dozen's of candidates, identification is always the bottleneck in the whole workflow. Multi-dimensional visualization of hits with library compounds would provide much more information than the simple dot representation. With more information visible, curation would be done much quicker.
