Unusual Matrix for MALDI-MS of Poly-anionic Compounds

摘要

The CNA matrix: 1. Offers abundant signals for POM analysis; 2. Promotes adduct formation; 3. Induces in-source fragmentation and transfers energy promptly. Cyano containing compounds mixed with common matrices did not give similar results as CNA. A classification of matrices according to their ability to yield in-source fragmentation.
