Results correlated for both peptides monitored giving increased confidence in the assay. Utilized the combination of immunocapture and LC-MS techniques to develop a selective and robust method which was cross-validated with LBA assays. Quality control (QC) samples were prepared in both human serum and surrogate matrix. The precision for the QC samples were less than +/- 12%. Back calculated results from the surrogate matrix curve correlate well with expected results. Results from LBA and LC-MS using both pooled human samples and depleted serum spiked QC samples are in agreement giving confidence in using either the immunocapture/LC-MS or LBA methods for routine sample analysis.
