1.The weak cation exchange column (MAYI-WCX) enabled automated and efficient on-line trapping of estrogen derivatives and removal of protein and other biological matrices for direct LC-MS analysis. 2.This method demonstrated good linearities from 5 to 1000 pg/mL and low LODs for the four estrogens studied.
