Our preliminary experiment for determination of protein profile visually resulted in radical changes of these categories of biomolecules from tissues of healthy donor and patient. Upcoming experiments will be performed with the trypsinization of tissues and a better identification through search in human databases. This tool combined with histopathological analysis might represent the basis for further studies on the characterization of penile SCC and for the development of biomarkers with significant clinical value.
