摘要

beta-Elimination/Michael addition was first applied to the detection of phosphopeptides by Meyer in 1986. Recently, the beta-elimination/Michael addition was combined with affinity purification strategy, such as biotin/avidin system or disulfide linkage, to promote the sensitivity and selectivity. In addition to the disulfide linkage, thiol group also has strong affinity for gold nanoparticles. We have investigated the approach of using gold nanoparticles for the enrichment of phosphopeptides through gold-thiol interaction.
