Taiwan has started to push forward Grade 1-9 Curriculum reform in 2001. In it, the ability to make use of technology and information is an important goal for Grade 1-9 Curriculum courses. To fulfill this goal, our Ministry of Education encourages elementary and secondary school teachers, leaded by university professors, to form a teacher network and participate in the setup of six e-learning websites, (nature, life education, science education, health, art history), the digitalization of Grade 1-9 Curriculum and also use digital learning platform to develop the network. Interdisciplinary integration is an important concept. Health science and arts including music can be integrated. Music, besides its effects of therapeutic effect and advancing emotion management, can pacify students' emotion; coagulate the sense of cohesion, promote teacher' class management and emotional management proficiency. This study is directed by professors of the Institute of Music Education in National Hsinchu University of Education, which leads elementary and secondary school teachers to form a network community called "Northern Taiwan Music Teacher Workshop" and proceeds school group interactions by a digital learning platform. Furthermore, the workshop also cooperates with professors in School of Medicine and Division of Medical Informatics, National Taiwan University and combines with Health e-Learning Program of Ministry of Education to hold a "Music, Culture and Healthy Life Camp." The members are on-the-job teachers from both city and rural schools, teachers from aboriginal villages in remote mountains also included. Through group activities, teachers not only can learn counseling strategies of classroom management and emotion management but also can enrich teachers' technology and information application ability, and bridge the digital gap between cities and countries, which is helpful to extend the result of this education study.
