PAMAM Dendrimer-Poly(ethylene glycol) Conjugates

摘要

Poly(ethylene glycol) conjugated PAMAM dendrimers with varying degree of substitution were synthesized, purified by a simple method and characterized. The encapsulation efficiency and the in vitro release characteristics of the drug-loaded conjugates were studied. Results show that the conjugated dendrimers sustained the release of methotrexate compared with unencapsulated drug.
