A comparison between measure scales for quality evaluation using the Rasch Model

摘要

The Rasch model is used to compare results obtained using two different rating scales (a four point and a five point rating scale) in evaluation of quality of a public service (university courses). Through the Rating Scale Rasch Model the performance of the two scales are investigated and questionnaire calibration is performed to obtain a more coherent measure tool.
