The major purposes of this research were studying the current situation of student's computer literacy in University/College and Junior College of Technology (U/CJCT) and exploring factors that affect development and cultivation of computer literacy. The survey of research was performed on 7 public or private U/CJCT, 600 questionnaires were posted. A total of 484 effective questionnaires were returned from 7 schools, the recovery rate was approximately 80.6%. The statistical methods used in this research included means, standard deviation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation, One-way multivariate analysis of variance (Oneway MANOVA). In finally, according to discovery and conclusion, this research proposed some suggestions on how to improve and advance student's computer literacy in U/CJCT from students, parents, schools and educational administrative agencies.
