Albany Port Expansion

摘要

New facilities have been designed for the port of Albany to accommodate new trade in woodchip export and to provide a bunkering facility. This paper overviews the development of the port of Albany and describes the design of these new facilities. A significant aspect to the work was the identification of the subsea ground conditions. The approach taken to obtain additional data in a cost-effective manner is described. The project has included significant effort to address environmental concerns. Monitoring carried out during the project to address these concerns is described.
