Investigation of biological activity of macromolecules like peptides and proteins,nucleic acids and lipids are one of the major goals of contemporary chemistry and biochemistry.Among many analytical methods,those based on spectroscopic measurements are one of the most useful,as they are sensitive,non-destructive and can provide many important information,which cannot be often obtained by other techniques.The only limitation of these methods is the necessity of the presence of natural or non-natural chromophoric groups in investigated models.
