Investigation of a Transfer Assisting Method Using a Self-Supported Assisting Device

+ Our aim of this study is to develop a power assisting device that can assist transfer motion from a bed to a wheelchair for the elderlies and people with disabilities on walk function. We propose a wire driven assistive device. Then we propose a method to produce motions for power assist and motion guide functions using this device. Finally the performance of the developed system is examined by basic experiment.
