Revisiting Comparisons between Manual and Automated testing

摘要

Since the dawn of software development, we all have debated the pros and cons of Manual Testing and Automated Testing. In this paper, the authors discuss the features and benefits of each and the situations where each is more appropriate. The paper includes our findings as well as compilations of discussions with several esteemed colleagues in QA and testing arena.
