Discrete-continuous observation control for system with state dependent noise

The problem of observation control for discrete-continuous stochastic system with state dependent noise is considered. The problem was reduced to a deterministic optimal control problem within the class of generalized solutions. The existence theorem was proved and the representation of the optimal generalized solution in the form of differential equation with a measure was obtained. The results were illustrated by numerical example.
