This paper addresses the issues of robust H_∞ reliable control for a class of uncertain switched nonlinear systems with actuator failures. A new method of settling a class of uncertain matrices multiply phenomena is proposed. A sufficient condition of the existence of the state feedback controller, guaranteeing the closed-loop systems is of a specified H_∞ performance, is proposed. Meanwhile, the design method of the reliable controller is given. At the end of this paper, an illustrating example of the proposed method is provided.
