This paper describes on the standard set for the HF electrical field, which was completed using "standard electrical field method" recently. The standard transmitting antenna consists of thirteen half-wave tuned dipole antennas, whose operating frequency are different. The frequency range covers from 30 to 1,000 MHz. The transmitting field strength is 100~120 dBμV/m on the steel open area test site with the dimensions of 40m×12.5m. Uncertainty is less than 1 dB. It was used for EMC test such as the metrology of electromagnetic field strength and the calibration of antenna factor.
