A general architecture based on DSP of the missile simulator is proposed. The hardware is modularized into three modules: input signals conditioning, DSP system and output board. Its real-time performance is improved by an effective event detect method. State table is adopted to describe the stimulus-response relation. The scheduler does not change with the actual function of the simulator. It just executes the poll-decide-execute actions specified by the state table. Strong generality and extensibility are obtained. The practical application in a test system has proved the effectiveness of the proposed architecture.
