STUDY ON THE SELECTION OF TARGET ENTERPRISES WITH MULTILEVEL GRAY EVALUATION IN MA

摘要

Financial advising in the merger and acquisition (M&A) is the core business of investment banks. And how to find a profitable target enterprises is the crucial problem in a successful merger and acquisition. In the paper, the indicator system of comprehensive evaluation for target enterprises is set up. And the multilevel gray comprehensive evaluation method is applied into the selecting target enterprises in the M&A. For the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis are combined together, then the rationality and maneuverability can be improved.
