This paper focuses on the problem of robust reliable H{sub}∞ control for linear systems with delayed state and time-varying norm-bounded parameter uncertainties in the state matrix by state feedback. The resulting control systems are reliable inthat they provide guaranteed stability and H{sub}∞ performance for all possible actuator failures within a prespecified subset of actuators as well as all admissible uncertainties. The feedback controller can be obtained by solving a linear matrixinequality (LMI).
