SUPERCRITICAL FLUID EXTRACTION AND ANALYSIS OF THE COMPONENTS OF FATTY ACID IN RUBBER SEED OIL

摘要

The rubber seed oil is an edible vegetable oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids. It is reported that the unsaturated fatty acids make up more than 80% of the total content, especialy the content of linolenic acid is very high, α-linolenic acid (α-18:3 ),which is the precursor of n-3 series polyunsaturated fatty acids, plays an important role by being transformed into EPA and DHA when taken in by the human body.
