We study the motion of a spinning test particle traveling around a black hole, which can model coalescing neutron stars and/or black hole binary systems. We analyze the motion of particle which becomes chaotic due to its spin. We find the criterion for chaos to occur in this system, and see the possibility of the chaotic behavior in a real binary system during its evolution. The timescale with which the chaos of the particle becomes conspicuous can become comparable to its dynamical timescale for some parameters (the period of the particle around the black hole) which suggests that chaos in a binary system could be important in the gravitational wave astronomy. We also show gravitational waves emitted by such a particle (using the quadrupole formula).
