摘要

A new pendulum type ultrasonic bimorph viscometer is discussed in this paper. This viscometer involves connecting a round-metal-pendulum-flake to the free end of the bimorph while fixing the other end. Next the pendulum is placed in the liquid and the bimorph is stimulated by a series of ultrasound pulse. The bimorph reacts to the attenuation vibration, the attenuation arte is determined by the viscosity of the liquid. That is to say the rate of the attenuation is distinguished the viscosity of the liquid. The paper discussed the principle, measurement cricuit, data analysis and conclusion. THe new unit is both simple and smile size and at the same time it controlled by computer to overcome the disadvantage of the common viscometer.
