In this paper, the study of successive changes of the unsteady transonic flow around a wing in transition to turbulence is performed by Direct Navier-Stokes Simulation in two-dimensional and three-dimensional approach. The flow configuration is aNACA0012 section, constant along the spanwise direction at zero incidence. A detailed presentation of the methodology used may be found in ref. [1]
