摘要

We report the results of stationar and time-resolved measurements of silica porous glasses (SPG) photolumi-nescence (PL) in a wide temperature range. A strong phosphorescence was observed after carbon reduction of the silica matrix. The analysis of PL dynamics and temperature dependencies led us to a conclusion that tunnel transitions of nonequilibrium charge carriers to quantum-size silicon clusters are responsible for the observed long-lasting light emission.
