The purpose of this research was to clarify contents of teacher training about ICT provided by division office of Department of Education in the Philippines and the actual conditions of how teachers use ICT in class in order to suggest a teacher training about ICT utlization. Result of this research leaded to the conclusion of three suggestions. At first, precondition of using ICT in a lesson was short preparation's time for a lesson and feasible lesson limited ICT equipment. Second, the author suggested that contents of teacher training was utilization of using ICT for suitable each subject. Finally, when the IT officer develop consents of teacher training, the author suggested that IT officer collaborated with a researcher in faculty of education in university.
