The Cost Recovery Policy (Cost Recovery Policy, 2017) was first adopted in 1992 by the Commissioners of Mount Pleasant Waterworks. It has been amended over the years by the Commissioners, the General Manager and the staff. As the current CFO, it is my privilege and honor to present the contributions of so many in the development of this policy, and the opportunity to contribute to its development and implementation.
