A Research on China's Real Estate Private Equity Fund Financing

摘要

As a capital-intensive industry, the real estate has a huge financing demand. In recent years, with the impact of national regulatory policies, the real estate industry enterprises meet the financing problems generally. However, as an innovative financing tool, the real estate private equity funds (REPE for short) can provide new financing channels for real estate companies, and also help to supply investors with better investment channels which make rational use of private capital. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics and the status quo of the China's real estate industry financing, and then points out that REPE has become an important channel for real estate corporate financing. Secondly, this paper uses data analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the development and the competition of China's REPE. Finally, we give some strategic advice for the development of China's REPE, which provides a reference and fills new vitality for the development of real estate industry.
