绿色建筑私募股权基金融资风险研究

摘要

Identificating and classificating the risk of green building private equity finacing model according to risk checklist method and expert investigation method and constructing the risk index system,using the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify the risk factors qual-itational and quantitative,determining the weight of risk factors and make the green building private equity fund project financing risk level clear.%根据风险核对表法和专家调查法，对绿色建筑私募股权基金融资项目风险进行了识别和分类，构建了风险指标体系，并运用灰色模糊综合评价法，对所识别的风险因素进行定性和定量分析，确定了每个风险因素的权重，明确了绿色建筑私募股权基金项目的融资风险水平。
