Study on Tutorial System of Undergraduate

摘要

Undergraduate's Tutorial System (UTS), which based on the Credit System, originated from Europe and America, advocating "individuality cultivation". In China, some achievements have gained through implementing the UTS. But because of the negative influences from some factors, such as the impropriety of the institutional environment, the vague location of the tutor's responsibilities, lack of systematic studies about the institution's targets, and the shortage of tutors, etc., it is not fully play its role well on "individuality cultivation", also caused a little confusion. To solve this problems need new breakthroughs based on the concept, researches on the systematic goal-setting, and the institutional environment.
机译:基于学分制的本科生教学系统(UTS)起源于欧美,倡导“个性化培养”。在中国,通过实施UTS取得了一些成就。但是由于制度环境的不适当,导师职责定位的模糊,缺乏对机构目标的系统研究,导师的缺乏等因素的负面影响,这种现象并未得到充分发挥。它在“个性培养”上的作用很好,也引起了一些混乱。解决这一问题需要在概念上进行新突破,对系统目标设定和制度环境进行研究。
