Design and synthesis of Er_2O_3 films for antireflecting coatings

摘要

Reflectance design and synthesis for Er_2O_3 single layer and Er_2O_3/TiO_2 double layer are made. The optimum reflectance and thickness are determined. The developed simulator can he used for the optimization of antireflecting coatings for optoelectronic devices to improve the power output parameters.
