At the age of knowledge economy, the knowledge management, as a new management philosophy, has become a new perspective and strategic choice of university management innovation. Knowledge management will help not only to change the current situations of conservative university management methods and ideological restraints, but also to accelerate universities' development and to enhance core competitiveness, creating new competitive advantages to meet knowledge economy challenges. Administrators should realize management-based university management innovation by establishing university knowledge management system, building learning organization and shape university knowledge management culture.
