Using Heuristic Method in Teaching Chip Package

摘要

Heuristic teaching method is one of the most important teaching methods nowadays.In the paper, the existing problems using tradition teaching method in chip package teaching have been analyzed.Then, paper shows the procedure of applying heuristic teaching in chip package course, which includes searching close relationship, explaining definition, creating problem and teaching problem solving idea. Finally, the spceitle application in chip package is given.Results show that the teaching efficiency and effectiveness has been improved.
