On the Approach and Strategy of Teacher Professional Development

摘要

Teacher professional development is a much concerned issue. It calls for internal and external forces with the former being the key engine. As an individual, a teacher should take initiative to develop his/her professional abilities, which takes reflection and action as well. One should improve and manage his/ her knowledge in teaching practice, to be reflective teacher and action research conductor, and to develop his/ her education philosophy and to build a unified world.
