Research on the Application of Social Group Work Theories and Methods on the Project Human Resources Management

Project management is a process that uses specific knowledge, skills, tools and methods in the project activities to achieve the desired goals. Human resources management is an important aspect of it. Social group work is one of the three methods of social work, widely used in its practice. There is an essential difference between project teams and groups in social work, but they still have certain similarities. In consequence, theories and methods related to social group work have some application space in the project human resources management. This paper keeps a group perspective on the project human resources management, tries to explore a new way for it with an application of social group work theories and methods.
