摘要

Based on the Wardrop's equilibrium adopted in traffic assignment, a new model for robust Wardrop's user equilibrium is investigated in this paper and an aggregation function is employed to make the model accordant with reality. The results show that function describe the model is a nonlinear complementarily problem because of max operator. While aggregations function smooth the max operator by combining delicate smoothing strategy with the classic semi-smooth Newton method is potent. The numerical results testify the model is robust and the algorithm is effective.
