Aiming to examine whether team member's emotions can be intervened by changing the level of communication and psychological empowerment, a two multiplied by two experiment with scenario method was carried out. The result is that when communication and psychological empowerment levels change respectively or jointly, team member's emotions differences are significant. The conclusion is as follows: The improvement in communication or psychological empowerment improves team member's emotions; The effect is more significant when communication and psychological empowerment affect team member's emotions jointly.
