This paper has introduced Rousseau's characteristic model of psychological contract. It has established four different kinds of psychological contract model from two-dimensions of time and employing condition. At the same time, it has introduced four different personal behavior reaction models while psychological contract is violated. Regarding these two models as analytic tools, this paper has analyzed the characteristic and localization of psychological contract models of "the 1980's" employees at developing stage of career. Then the paper pointed out how to apply the psychological contract to effectively manage "the 1980's" employees at career.
