摘要

The service quality is one of most important factors to determine enterprises' sales effect and competitive strength,more and more enterprises have been recognized the importance of service quality management.So it has great significance to set up a simple and scientific evaluation model,which can execute comprehensive evaluation about the level of enterprises' service quality.This paper combined with the characteristics of quality services,constructed the service quality evaluation index system,then used grey-clustering to evaluate the level of service quality management,and validated the feasibility and scientific of this evaluation methods through an example in the end.This provided a new method or way to evaluate the level of service quality for enterprises.
机译:服务质量是决定企业销售效果和竞争力的最重要因素之一,越来越多的企业认识到服务质量管理的重要性。因此,建立一个简单,科学的评估模型具有重要意义。本文结合优质服务的特点,构建了服务质量评价指标体系,运用灰色聚类法对服务质量管理水平进行了评价,验证了其可行性和科学性。最后通过实例对这些评价方法进行了介绍。这为评价企业的服务质量水平提供了一种新的方法或途径。
