Reflective approach has become a worldwide topic in LTE (Language Teacher Education) research and programs. It is believed that critical reflection, the core of reflective approach, raises teachers' professional awareness and therefore deepens their understanding of the variables in language teaching, and triggers teachers' decision-making in teaching practice.
