In this research, we want to explore factors that affect workshop process and satisfaction at the outcome in international workshop. According to the results of this study, we found there is a significant correlation in workshop process, satisfaction at the outcome and the communication tools were used and language skills. And because of workshop location is in Japan, to find wheather have significant correlation in they can speak Japanese or not, whether use electronic products, and group communication. As report, students who can speak Japanese directly communicate with group members by Japanese and body language, have lower dependence on electronic products. And students who can not speak Japanese, it have higher dependence on electronic products. Using translation software, searching map or image to communicate with group members.
