Abstract: An important research theme in today's dentistry is theselection of the appropriate resin to be used for thefilling of drilled cavities. Some resins in fact maycause high sensitivity or pain in the patient also fewdays after their application. This phenomenon of highsensitivity seems to be used by the creation oflikeages at the interface between dentin and resin. !19
