Speeding up the restructuring of chiese steel industry using foreign capital

摘要

The fast and stable growth of Chinese economy keeps steady increasing demand for steel products which gives an unprecedented influence on Chinese steel industry. The contradiction between the urgent need for restructuring and development has been put forward and the proposals of utilizing foreign investment is presented in the paper.
