Beyond individual learning-Organizational learning

摘要

Some thoughts from literature and business experience about organizational learning are presented. It is argued that learning new ways of running an organization based on sound basic values and principles is becoming a business imperative. The secret to success will be in implementing organizational learning fully for maximum effectiveness of resources, human and otherwise.
