Exploration of Research-Teaching Cooperation based Talent Training Mode in Application Oriented University

摘要

In the process of transformation from ordinary undergraduate universities to application-oriented universities, the training of application-oriented talents is the key priority. We first analyze the problems existing in the current talent training mode of application-oriented universities, and then propose the “research-teaching cooperation” training mode for application oriented talents. The ecological system of application oriented talents training is constructed through the implementation paths of university-enterprise two dimensional integration, multi-factor development of teaching, practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, and multistage progressive of integrating knowledge, skill and disposition as competency. The system can improve the quality of talent training and boost the development of local industries.
