摘要

The stability consistency of starting warm-up idle speed of two randomly selected sample vehicles with the same environmental boundary is studied. An adaptive control strategy of fuel injection based on speed fluctuation is proposed, and the test results in two cases are compared and analyzed. The test results show that: ①Without the fuel injection adaptive strategy based on speed fluctuation, the idling stability dispersion is large, the idle speed control cannot converge, and the speed fluctuation range is beyond ± 50 r. min-1, in which the idle speed fluctuation range of vehicle B is larger than that of vehicle A, and even stalls; ② After adding the adaptive control strategy of fuel injection based on speed fluctuation, the dispersion difference of idling stability is narrowed, and the speed fluctuation range is controlled within ± 15 r. min-1, which meets the control requirements of industrial production target.
